Product Download

Our products are delivered by Internet download. After your order has been processed you will receive a download link via email. The email that you will receive is going to serve as your electronic purchase receipt and will contain the information needed to access the product’s download link.

Downloads from our servers are monitored as to ensure your ability to successfully access and download your product. However bear in mind that we will not tolerate download abuse nor the sharing of the download link/s to other parties and that, should we notice suspicious activity, we reserve the right to terminate your access to our download servers.

Refund Policy

We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download we do not offer refunds.

If you change your mind about your purchase and you have not yet downloaded our product, then we will gladly issue you a refund as per your request.

Exchanges are also allowed given that you have not downloaded the product.
